Family accounts belong to the parent who signed in. On iPhone or Android, the parent can delete the account from the app:
This permanently deletes the parent account, your children's profiles and activity, and unpairs every child device. It can't be undone.
No longer have the app? Email us and we'll delete the account for you.
We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
Nothing on our side. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, under their own policies. If any of your data remains in backups or logs, it expires within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — the steps are in our privacy policy.
If you use Gentle for yourself, without family mode, there's no account to delete. Deleting the app removes its data from your phone.
